Privacy

What this site does with your data.

1. Controller and contact

This website is operated by TheBoredFace group (“we”). RESIDE is our proprietary digital human replication platform and methodology. Contact: info@unbore.life.

2. Personal data we process

We do not collect personal data through forms on this site. There are no forms here.

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message, along with anything else you choose to include in it.

Service providers involved in hosting and delivery of the site may process technical data, for example IP address, user agent and request logs, to deliver content, maintain security and prevent abuse.

3. Faces, voices and likeness

This website does not capture, upload or store anyone’s face, voice or likeness. The people shown on this page are our own material. Nothing you do while reading this page feeds the replication platform.

Work with a real person’s likeness happens only under a separate written agreement, outside this website, with its own terms covering consent, rights and how the resulting double may be used.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process email correspondence to answer your request and to communicate with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site and talking to visitors, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, depending on what your message is about.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use third-party advertising or marketing tracking technologies on this site.

If we add third-party services or scripts in the future that place non-essential cookies or otherwise collect data, we will put an appropriate consent mechanism in place where it is required.

6. Recipients

We may share personal data with service providers that support the operation and delivery of the site, such as hosting and infrastructure, and only as far as those purposes require.

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Retention

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request and for reasonable administrative record-keeping, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Technical logs are retained according to our service providers’ practices.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are and on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries outside the EEA and the UK. Where this applies, appropriate safeguards may be used for such transfers under data protection law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the “last updated” date accordingly.
